We are expanding in Ukraine and hiring a VDC Team Lead to manage Electrical BIM teams working on U.S. construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide VDC engineers
- Ensure model quality and accuracy
- Support coordination and issue tracking
- Monitor deadlines and team productivity
Requirements
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience delivering Electrical BIM projects
- Experience guiding teams or leading project coordination efforts
- Deep understanding of electrical systems modeling and constructability
- Confident and effective communicator in client and coordination meetings
