One month of paid, hands-on Electrical BIM & VDC training.
Most graduates leave university knowing electrical engineering. Very few know how modern construction projects are actually delivered. That's where we come in.
One complete Electrical BIM workflow.
Train with Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
Build real skills while getting paid.
Strong performance may lead to a full-time role.
What You Gain
Skip the scattered tutorials. Follow a structured learning path, work on real BIM models.
No fluff. | No random exercises.
Just practical Electrical BIM training built around real VDC workflows.
Build working proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam through structured, hands-on Electrical BIM training.
Model electrical systems, coordinate across trades, detect clashes, and create field-ready shop drawings.
Apply Eracore standards, complete real model-based assignments, and grow with continuous trainer feedback.
Cohort spots are limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
What This Does For Your Career
A degree proves what you've learned. Employers want to see what you can do. In four weeks, you'll build practical Electrical BIM skills, complete real assignments, and gain experience that speaks for itself.
Before
Theory, not project experience.
After
Models you built on real scopes
Before
Tutorials you picked at random
After
Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam used the way firms use them.
Before
Applying into silence
After
A hiring learn that already knows your work.
Program Roadmap
Train in the complete Electrical BIM production workflow.
Master the core tools, Eracore BIM standards, and workflows used throughout the program before moving into hands-on project work.
You'll learn:
Start working like a BIM engineer by converting engineering markups into accurate, coordinated Electrical BIM models.
You'll practice:
Improve your models through coordination exercises, clash detection, and technical reviews while learning how multidisciplinary BIM teams collaborate.
You'll practice:
Convert coordinated BIM models into documentation that supports fabrication and field installation. Learn the Tools Used on Live Projects with Everything You Need Before Day One
You'll produce:
Every week builds on the last.
By the end of the program, you'll complete the same workflow used by Electrical BIM teams every day.
What You Will Learn
Learn the tools, workflows, and best practices used by Electrical BIM and VDC teams every day.
Learn to create accurate Electrical BIM models using industry standards and professional modeling practices.
Model and route overhead conduit systems while considering structure, ceiling space, equipment, and coordination requirements.
Develop underground conduit layouts with routing, clearances, and constructability in mind.
Identify coordination issues, resolve clashes across disciplines, and contribute to coordinated BIM deliverables.
Produce clear, accurate shop drawings that support fabrication and field installation.
Build working proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam through hands-on project work.

Learn the tools, workflows, and best practices used by Electrical BIM and VDC teams every day.
Short lessons that guide you through every stage of the program.
Step-by-step references for software, workflows, and best practices.
Model-based tasks designed to build production-ready skills.
Explore completed examples and learn from real project standards.
Detailed documentation for tools, workflows, and engineering processes.
That is okay. The program starts with the fundamentals.
You focus on the work.
We handle everything around it.
Daily guidance, assignment reviews, technical feedback, and readiness assessment.
Structured materials, consistent program delivery, and learning support.
Use one large photo of a trainer reviewing a model with a trainee. Overlay four small cards representing Trainer, Training Team, HR, and IT.
Software setup, account access, and ongoing technical support.
Onboarding, paperwork, and trainee support.
Performance is assessed throughout the program by your assigned Trainer. The goal is not to test how well you memorize software commands. It is to see how well you apply what you learn.
Completion of required foundational learning modules.
Consistency and effort across SharePoint tasks.
Accuracy, organization, and quality of submitted work.
Your ability to work in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
How effectively you apply Electrical BIM and VDC concepts.

Success Stories
“I came in with an electrical engineering background but very little BIM experience. The assignments helped me understand how modeling, coordination, and shop drawings connect in a real workflow. By the end of the program, I felt much more prepared for production work.”
“The trainer feedback made the biggest difference for me. After every assignment, I knew exactly what needed improvement and why. Week by week, my models became cleaner, more accurate, and I became much more confident working in Revit and Navisworks.”
“Before the program, I had used Revit, but I did not understand how BIM teams actually work on a project. The coordination exercises changed that. I learned how to review clashes, respond to redlines, and think about constructability instead of just modeling.”
No. The program is designed for entry-level engineers and begins with software and BIM/VDC fundamentals.
Yes. Selected trainees join through a paid one-month training engagement.
The program runs for four weeks, covering approximately 20 structured training days.
Eracore provides access to Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu, along with the required LMS and SharePoint access.
